China Life Insurance (Overseas) Company Limited in Hong Kong is hiring a Business Development Manager – Insurance Brokerage Channel to drive sales with international brokers, provide training and marketing support, and manage relationships with the brokerage network. The role focuses on achieving assigned targets and ensures smooth end-to-end policy issuance.
The candidate should have a university degree and at least 5 years in life insurance brokerage business development or related corporate
Provide sales, training and marketing supports to Brokerage distribution channels, mainly international brokers.
Relationship building and business development with Brokerage distribution channels.
Focus on assigned sales targets.
Facilitate sales and case management with internal and external parties.
Be the subject matter expert andprovide support to distribution channels,internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure a smooth process from pre-assessment to policy issuance.
Maintain good records, generate status reports for management as needed.
Support tasks/initiatives assigned by the department head from time to time.
University degree or above.
At least 5 years related insurance experience focusing on life insurance brokerage business development, corporate sales, or marketing area, experience with international brokers is preferred.
Strong knowledge on life insurance products and premium financing is a must. Advanced knowledge on business insurance with company and trust structure; private banking, wealth planner, tax advisory, or trustee experience is an advantage.
Passed IIQE Paper 1, 3, 5 and a holder of FLMI or CFP is preferable.
Result oriented with emphasis on customer and quality.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Significant level of risk, sales quality, and compliance awareness.
Details oriented and adhere to deadlines.
Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin is a must. Fluent in English is an advantage.
