Responsibilities

• Plan and implement sales projects, business training and other related activities according to the needs of the partnering banks
• Maintain close cooperation with partnering banks and provide professional sales support and excellent service
• Provide relevant business plan on achievement of sales target and product development strategies
• Job duties may be adjusted according to the changes in the market and the strategy of the company

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, Insurance, Economic, Statistics or related disciplines
• 2-3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in Bancassurance and banking field
• Possess valid insurance licenses (IIQE Paper I,II,III & V), professional qualifications in insurance (e.g.FLMI) is preferred
• Have broad understanding of insurance products in both Hong Kong and Mainland China markets
• Excellent communication skills; Self-motivated, energetic and can work independently and under pressure
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
