Michael Page (Hong Kong) represents Leading global bank seeking a Business Analyst - Risk to strengthen risk and operations across Fixed Income and Repo desks. You will align risk controls with trading workflows and regulatory requirements.

The role requires 8+ years in banking operations, strong communication, and the ability to drive process improvements; fluency in English and Chinese is highly valued. Flexible to work outside normal hours when needed.

Competenze

• Degree holder or equivalent qualification.
• 8+ years in banking operations with Fixed Income, Repo, Triparty.
• Strong knowledge of securities settlement and post-trade operations.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in English and Chinese.
• VBA skills are an advantage.
• Flexible to work outside normal business hours and public holidays when required.
• Strong ownership mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality operational support.

As a Business Analyst - Risk, your main responsibilities will include:

• Support Fixed Income and Repo operations, including bond setup, trade validation, confirmations, settlements, funding, coupon payments, and corporate actions.
• Ensure smooth trade lifecycle processing and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in process improvements, workflow automation, and system enhancement initiatives.
• Support new product launches, UAT testing, and implementation activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Analyst - Risk should have:

• Degree holder or equivalent qualification.
• 8+ years of banking operations experience with strong knowledge of Fixed Income, Repo, and Triparty products across global markets.
• Strong understanding of securities settlement and post-trade operations.
