TEKsystems in Hong Kong is recruiting a Business Analyst to support large-scale transformation initiatives across pension or distribution compensation functions within a leading financial services organization. You will gather requirements, map processes, prepare BRDs/FRDs, and collaborate with stakeholders, product and technology teams to deliver end-to-end system revamps and digital transformation.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in insurance, pension, wealth management, or financial services.
• Experience on system implementation, transformation, migration, or platform revamp projects.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and process mapping.
• Experience producing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflow diagrams, and test artefacts.
• Excellent English and Cantonese communication.

Business Analyst

Our client is a leading financial services organization undertaking multiple strategic transformation initiatives across its Hong Kong operations. They are seeking experienced Business Analysts to support system revamp projects within either their Pension or Distribution Compensation functions.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and technology partners to deliver large-scale platform enhancements and digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct process analysis and identify opportunities for system and operational improvements.
• Prepare business requirement documents, functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and requirement clarification sessions.
• Support system implementation activities, including SIT, UAT, issue management, and deployment.
• Coordinate with business users, vendors, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in change management, training, and transition activities where required.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in insurance, pension, wealth management, or financial services environments.
• Experience working on system implementation, transformation, migration, or platform revamp projects.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and process mapping.
• Experience producing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflow diagrams, and test artefacts.
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese.
• Experience within pension administration, agency compensation, distribution operations, commissions, or insurance operations would be advantageous.
