Michael Page is seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Risk for a leading global bank in Hong Kong. You will support Fixed Income and Repo operations, ensuring accurate trade lifecycle processing, validations, settlements and regulatory compliance, while contributing to system enhancements and workflow improvements.

The role requires 8+ years of banking operations experience across global markets, strong knowledge of securities settlement, and excellent stakeholder management.

• Support Fixed Income and Repo operations, including bond setup, trade validation, confirmations, settlements, funding, coupon payments, and corporate actions.
• Ensure smooth trade lifecycle processing and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in process improvements, workflow automation, and system enhancement initiatives.
• Support new product launches, UAT testing, and implementation activities.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Business Analyst - Risk Should Have

• Degree holder or equivalent qualification.
• 8+ years of banking operations experience with strong knowledge of Fixed Income, Repo, and Triparty products across global markets.
• Strong understanding of securities settlement and post-trade operations.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in English and Chinese.
• VBA skills are an advantage.
• Flexible to work outside normal business hours and on public holidays when required.
• Strong ownership mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality operational support.
