Job summary

Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is seeking a Business Analyst - Risk for a leading global bank. You will translate business needs into technical requirements to support risk decisions within the Technology department of a Financial Services organisation.

Responsibilities include supporting Fixed Income and Repo operations, ensuring compliant trade lifecycle processing, and participating in process improvements and UAT/testing initiatives. Fluent in English and Chinese; VBA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree holder or equivalent qualification.
• 8+ years banking operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of Fixed Income, Repo, and Triparty products across global markets.
• Strong understanding of securities settlement and post-trade operations.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
• VBA skills are an advantage.
• Flexible to work outside normal business hours and on public holidays when required.
• Strong ownership mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality operational support.

Responsibilities

• Support Fixed Income and Repo operations: bond setup, trade validation, confirmations, settlements, funding, and corporate actions.
• Ensure smooth trade lifecycle processing and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in process improvements, workflow automation, and system enhancement initiatives.
• Support new product launches, UAT testing, and implementation activities.
