Job summary

China State Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Building Services Manager/Assistant Building Services Manager/Building Services Engineer/Assistant Building Services Engineer to join the team. The role covers BS/EM coordination, site supervision, and stakeholder liaison across large-scale construction projects.

Across multiple seniority levels, candidates are considered for the appropriate level based on experience.

Qualifications

Degree or Higher Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or an equivalent discipline. A Degree is required for Manager level.
Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience for Building Services Manager on large-scale multi-discipline BS/EM projects.
Minimum 3 years site experience for Building Services Engineer; less experienced candidates may be considered for Assistant roles.

Responsibilities

Site progress monitoring: monitor and report on site installation progress, materials delivery, quality and safety.
Subcontractor coordination: coordinate with subcontractors on BS/EM matters on site.
Stakeholder liaison: liaise with clients, architects, and consultants on building services and E&M matters throughout the project.
