Job summary

MTR Corporation Limited in Sha Tin District, HK, seeks a Building Services Engineer / Senior BSE to lead building services work in project operation, planning, supervision and site coordination. You will oversee the installation of building systems and ensure compliance with procedures, drawing on coordination with subcontractors and clients.

Candidates should hold a degree in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, with Chartered membership preferable, and fluent English and

Qualifications

Degree in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Chartered Membership of MHKIE, MCIBSE, or MIET is preferable.
Knowledge of Building Services Installation and relevant statutory regulations.
Experience in main contractors or sub-contractors.
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Main Contractor.
Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese.

Responsibilities

Responsible for building services work in project operation, planning, supervision and site coordination.
Oversee and supervise the installation of building systems and operating procedures.
Coordinate with subcontractors and liaise with clients, architects, utilities and consultants.
Carry out site inspection to monitor quality, progress and safety standards.
