Job summary

Penta-Ocean Construction Co Ltd in Hong Kong is inviting applications for a Building Services Engineer. The role focuses on organizing BS/EM contractual matters and coordinating with government bodies, consultants, sub-contractors and related parties.

The successful candidate will supervise and coordinate the design, installation, testing, maintenance and repair of building services and E&M systems, with a Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering and at least 5 years of relevant

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience in Main Contractor /B.S. Sub-Contractor.
• Experience in B.S. systems of medium or large scale building projects is an advantage.
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Mature, independent, can work under minimal supervision.
• Less experience will be considered for Assistant Building Services Engineer.
