CR Construction Company Limited invites applications for the Project Operations role in Hong Kong. The candidate will oversee building services manpower deployment, provide recruitment support, and assist tendering, subletting and purchasing activities.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Project Managers on budgets, advising on contract administration and technical issues, and ensuring works comply with quality and safety policies. Strong English/Chinese, and leadership are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Building Services or equivalent; HKIE/Chartered Engineer membership is required.
• Minimum 20 years in building services engineering within construction, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of building services and project management in construction projects.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, with good interpersonal and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

Technical support to tendering, subletting and purchasing

Coordinate with and assist the ProjectManagers of the project teams for budget planning and cost control

Advise the project teams on contractadministrative and technical issues

Managing to ensure that the execution of BSworks of projects are in accordance with the quality & safety policies ofthe Company

General administration and management of the staffsof Building Services Department. Management of departmental functional groups.

Facilitate training of in-house staffs

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent academic qualification; and Member of Hong Kong Institution of Engineers in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Disciplines; or Chartered Engineer of Engineering Council, UK, or Member of The Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers or Member of The Institution of Mechanical Engineers or Member of Institute of Engineering and Technology or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum 20 years of relevant experience in building services engineering in construction industry, within which 5 year should be in managerial level in building contractor
• Good knowledge in technical and project management of building services and building construction projects
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good interpersonal skills, leadership skills and team management skills

Good communication skills with proactive and positive attitude
