Job summary

Chun Wo Construction Holdings Company Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Building Services Engineer to monitor and supervise subcontractors on site, coordinate site activities and oversee procurement and material drawing submissions.

Candidates should have a Higher Diploma or above in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, 3 years plus experience, familiarity with BEAM/LEED beneficial, BIM, AutoCAD, MS Project and strong English/Chinese.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
• 3 years or above relevant experience in construction project.
• Experience in projects governed by BEAM-plus/LEED is advantageous.
• Able to coordinate, supervise and work independently.
• Conversant in BIM application will be an advantage.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Competency in MS Office / MS Project applications / AutoCAD.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant BS Engineer.
