Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Hong Kong is seeking a Building Services Engineer / Assistant Building Services Engineer. The successful candidate will assist in coordinating subcontractors' work, prepare documentation for consultant approval, and supervise site records. Ideal applicants should have a diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, 5 years of experience with Main Contractors, and proficiency in BIM. Strong skills in MS Office and AutoCAD are also preferred. Strong command of English and Chinese is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Higher certificate holder in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
• 5 years' working experience with Main Contractor.
• Hands-on experience on BIM is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in monitoring and coordinating building services subcontractors' works.
• Prepare CSD and CBWD for consultant's approval.
• Assist Site Agent in supervising site records related to building services.
