Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in building construction or fresh graduates considered.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Liaison with subcontractors and site supervision.
• Coordinate site activities with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Collaborate with project manager/director to ensure progress control, safety and quality assurance.
• Monitor project quality and site progress.
• Attend site progress meetings.
• Tendering, documents and drawings preparation and submission.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
