Ample Construction Company Limited in Hong Kong invites high-caliber candidates to join our team as a Project Lead for Building A&A and high-end fit-out projects in Kwun Tong. You will take the lead with the Project Leader on planning, scheduling, and program development, including design submissions and approvals.

We value self-motivation, strong communication, and the ability to work under tight schedules.

Formación

Diploma in Building Surveying / Quantity Surveying or related disciplines.
Minimum 2 years' experience in Building A&A and high-end fit-out projects.
Familiar with Building Department regulations and procedures.
Good communication and strong organizational skills.
Pro-active and able to work under tight schedules.
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD and MS Project; Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot) advantageous.
Willing to occasional site visits.

Responsabilidades

Take lead and report to Project Leader for planning, scheduling and programme development of project activities, including design, statutory submissions and approvals
Work with the team to develop project related details
Site inspection, monitor safety, quality of work progress and workmanship on site
To control and supervise overall site activities and liaise with different parties trade, clients, authorities, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers to ensure projects delivery with success & quality

Ample is a main contractor capable of interior fitting-out, renovation services, maintenance services, alteration and addition (A&A) works for residential, industrial and commercial properties in Hong Kong. With the team has over 20 years of experience, we gained extensive experience and reputation in the industry.

To cope with our increasing business activities and new initiatives, Ample is inviting high caliber candidates to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Take lead and report to Project Leader for the planning, scheduling and programme development of project activities, including design, statutory submissions and approvals
Work with the team to develop project related details
Site inspection, monitor safety, quality of work progress and workmanship on site
To control and supervise overall site activities and liaise with different parties trade, clients, authorities, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers to ensure projects delivery with success & quality

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above in Building Surveying / Quantity Surveying / Architectural Studies / Building Studies / Structural Engineering or related disciplines
Minimum 2 years working experience in handling Building A&A, High-end Fit Out projects and well versed in regulation & procedure of Building Department
Experience in Facilities Maintenance project will be an advantage
Self-motivated with good management and effective communication skills
Strong organisational and analytical skills
Pro-active, willing to learn and ability to work individually under tight schedule and pressure
Well versed with PC applications such as MS Office, AutoCAD & MS Project, proficiency in Excel Function (i.e. v-lookup, pivot table) is an advantage
Good command in both written & spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin
Willing to go to site occasionally
Immediate available is preferred
