Job summary

Tiger Fintech Hong Kong Limited seeks a Brokerage Operations Officer to support daily middle and back-office brokerage operations with a focus on stock transfers, client deposits and withdrawals, corporate actions, and trading/account exceptions, while providing basic client-facing support when required.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree or above and has at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a brokerage or securities firm; Cantonese and Mandarin skills are valued for

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above required.
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
Experience in a brokerage or securities firm preferred.
Familiar with stock transfers, client fund movements, corporate actions and trading/account exception handling.
Good Cantonese and Mandarin communication; basic Cantonese for clients.

Responsibilities

Handle daily brokerage operational matters focusing on stock transfers, deposits/withdrawals, corporate actions, and trading/account exceptions.
Coordinate with internal teams to investigate and resolve cases timely.
Maintain records and proper documentation throughout case-handling.
Provide basic client-facing support including account opening.
Support other day-to-day brokerage operations tasks as assigned.
