Job summary

Bowen Capital (HK) Limited is seeking an Operations Specialist to support equity portfolio management. You will handle trade processing, reconciliation, settlement and maintain portfolio data. You will automate data tasks using VBA/Python and enhance in-house reporting tools.

The role also covers client onboarding, documentation, and basic compliance checks. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years’ experience in asset management or brokerage, with strong programming skills and

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or related discipline.
• 2-3 years' operations experience in asset management or brokerage.
• Strong VBA/Python or other programming skills for automation.
• Proficient in Excel; knowledge of Bloomberg is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese.

Support client onboarding, documentation, and basic compliance/operational checks.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, computer studies or related discipline.

2-3 years' operations experience in asset management or brokerage (fresh graduates with strong programming skills will be considered)

Strong VBA/Python or other programming skills for automation and data processing.

Good knowledge of trade lifecycle, settlement, and basic SFC regulatory requirements.

Proficient in Excel; experience with Bloomberg and order management systems is an advantage.

Fluent in English and Cantonese.
