Qualifications

• Strong service orientation and excellent communication abilities.
• Able to adapt in different branch environments and teams.
• Fluency in English and Chinese; Putonghua is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Rostered relief coverage across branches to support service continuity.
• Deliver a positive customer experience and refer customers to proper solutions.
