Job summary

Recruit Express (Hong Kong) Ltd is seeking a proactive Customer Service Officer on a permanent basis in Hong Kong Island. You will report to the Branch Manager and participate in counter operations and back-office support while delivering quality client service.

You will promote retail banking products, cross-sell where appropriate, and engage in external promotional events. Good written and spoken Chinese and English are required; experience may lead to Senior Teller consideration.

Qualifications

• Secondary / HKDSE qualification is required.
• Minimum 2 years of counter service experience.
• Strong customer service capability is essential.
• Keen on product promotion and cross-selling.
• Willing to participate in external promotional events.
• Bilingual in Chinese and English (written and spoken).
• Candidates with richer experience may be considered for Senior Customer Services Officer (Senior Teller).
