Job summary

China CITIC Bank International Limited is seeking a customer service-oriented professional at our Hong Kong branches. The role focuses on acquiring new customers and promoting banking products, including deposits and loans, to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

You will promote e-banking features and InMotion services, provide guidance on Internet Banking and the InMotion App, and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive, best-in-class service and cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications

• Secondary education or above.
• Basic knowledge of online banking services.
• Customer service experience in retail banking is an advantage.
• Strong sales drive with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities on new customer acquisition and banking products to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Promote e-banking and inMotion services to customers at branches.
• Advise customers on using electronic banking channels (Internet Banking and inMotion App).
• Enhance relationships and proactively cross-sell banking products with best-in-class service.
