Job summary

Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. Hong Kong Branch is seeking a Branch Operations professional. The role involves supervising routine branch operations and promoting consumer banking products to clients, ensuring compliance with established procedures.

Candidates should have a HKQF level 5 degree, at least 3 years in supervisory branch operations, and relevant regulatory exam passes. English, Cantonese and Putonghua fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Passes in Securities and Futures Intermediaries Examination is a must (SFO for Types 1, 4).

Requirements

• Degree holder or equivalent qualification at HKQF level 5.
• Minimum 3 years’ branch operations experience at a supervisory level.

• Detail‑minded, good communication skills and can work well in a team.
• ECF achievement is a definite advantage.

Candidates with more experience will be considered as Branch Operations Manager. The above post requires proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
