Job summary

Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. Hong Kong Branch is seeking an experienced professional to support its expanding Retail Banking marketing team. The role focuses on wealth management products and delivering up-to-date market data to frontline staff.

The ideal candidate holds a Finance or Economics degree with at least five years in investment sales within retail banking, and possesses strong interpersonal skills, English, Cantonese, and Putonghua proficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Finance, Economics or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years’ investment sales experience in the retail banking industry, with exposure to coaching marketing staff is preferable.
• Good knowledge of wealth management products and their current market trend of development.
• Enthusiastic, independent and with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.

Responsibilities

• Support expanding marketing team of Retail Banking Division by providing updated market data and delivering product knowledge to frontline sales staff.
• Focus on wealth management products such as FX, structured notes, unit trusts, etc.
• Assist in coaching and guiding marketing staff to achieve business targets.
