Chong Hing Bank Limited is seeking an experienced professional to oversee product management and cross-border initiatives within the Private Banking Department in Hong Kong. You will monitor regulatory compliance and collaborate on developing and implementing private banking products across digital platforms.

The role emphasizes analytics, performance planning, and collaboration with the Operations Team to drive growth while meeting financial and service quality objectives.

Formación

• University degree in business/finance related field.
• Minimum 5 years' solid experience in product and system improvement in banking or financial industry.
• Experience developing private banking and cross-border products / services.
• Familiar with banking operations, policies and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent English, Chinese and Mandarin communication.

Responsabilidades

• Keep abreast with up-to-date regulations and procedures implementation, business control and project management of Private Banking Department.
• Innovate, develop and revisit new and existing Private Banking and Cross-Border products to grow business and implement across the Bank’s digital and related operation platforms.
• Assist Operation Team Lead to prepare business analytics on product metrics to monitor business performance and recommend strategies to drive business growth through enhancing the Bank’s Private Banking and Cross-Border product & services.
• Ensure the consistency of product compliance meeting latest regulatory requirements and industry practices.
• Assist Operation Team Lead to plan and manage the Operating performance of the Department to achieve pre-defined financial and non-financial objectives in the areas of sales revenue, cost, customer services quality, process & operation and risk & compliance controls, so as to support strategic and operating objectives of the Bank.
• As one of “Essential Staffs” reporting for work duty during an issuance of Typhoon Signal No.8 or above; a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal by the Hong Kong Observatory, or an announcement of Severe Weather or “Extreme Conditions” by the HKSAR Government.

Requirements

University graduate, preferably major in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or Economics

Qualified for registration as a Securities Intermediary (Relevant Individual) and Insurance Intermediary (Technical Representative of Insurance Agent) of the Bank

Qualified for AAMLP/CPWP is preferred

Minimum 5 years' solid experience in product and system improvement in banking or financial industry

Experience is required in developing private banking and cross-border banking products / services, including preparing & reviewing product & operation workflow / manual / product design, business process design, etc.

Relevant experience in private banking and cross-border customer portfolio management and / or product management especially related to end-to-end system and process revamp is a definite advantage.

Familiar with banking operations and related policies, legal and regulatory requirements

Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and proficient in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
