Job summary

Dah Sing Financial Group in Hong Kong seeks a Manager, Branch Management (Operational Risk) to join the Sales Optimization & Support Team. You will implement re-engineering of sales/service systems for operational efficiency and oversee risk management, training, and workflow enhancements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5 years in banking or financial services, strong analytical and coordination skills, and bilingual English/Chinese communication capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related discipline; 5 years in banking/financial services.
• Solid understanding of operational risk management frameworks and tools; knowledge of banking regulations and internal controls.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration.
• Proactive attitude with good attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute training-related activities for the department.
• Manage and monitor departmental operational risk management per internal policies and standards.
• Oversee risk tools including ORI reporting, KRI/KMM, and CSA.
• Identify potential operational risks and propose mitigation plans.
• Handle staff case investigations and reporting for complaints and incidents for training use.
• Participate in workflow design, guideline prep, system enhancements, and related trainings.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and refining staff incentive schemes and recognition programs.
