Job summary

The role requires a degree in Finance or related field, CFA/FRM preferred, 5+ years in operational risk in banking, and fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin; independent, detail-minded, and able to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in Finance, Risk Management, Accounting, Law or related disciplines.
• CFA / FRM or relevant qualifications preferred.
• Minimum 5 years or more in operational risk management in banking/financial institutions.
• Good understanding of financial business operations, products and services.
• Familiar with Hong Kong regulatory requirements for operational risk in banking/financial institutions.
• Excellent analytical and report writing skills.
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Independent, detail minded and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the operational risk of the business.
• Develop, review and implement operational risk policies and guidelines in line with regulatory requirements and company practices.
• Identify the risk and analyze the risk profile, prepare reports for senior management review.
• Implement operational risk reporting system and maintain database.
• Responsible for business risk management and internal operation control.
• Perform the work related to credit risk management.
