Job summary

Futu Holdings Limited is seeking a store operations leader in Hong Kong to drive day-to-day store performance and compliance. You will recruit and train teams, implement SOPs, and ensure service excellence across Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and experience in financial services. Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or above, with proven offline store operations experience.
• Financial industry background preferred (Securities/Banking/Insurance).
• Familiar with HK/US stock brokerage; personal investing experience required.
• Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English for multilingual service and team management.
• Must hold (or obtain before probation) SFC Type 1 and/or Type 4 Licence.
• Flexible to work on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of daily store operations, including team recruitment, training, shift management, and performance reviews to build a high-performing service team.

• Plan localized marketing initiatives, collaborating with online resources and local channels to boost customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
• Monitor store KPIs, analyze trends regularly, and adjust operational strategies to meet performance and service targets.
• Handle client complaints and on-site emergencies professionally; ensure a seamless customer experience while strictly adhering to compliance standards.
• Execute HQ operational and compliance requirements, ensuring the store runs efficiently and within regulatory guidelines.
