Job summary

BDO Unibank in Hong Kong seeks a Client Relations Officer to oversee daily cash services, teller operations and ATM activity at the branch, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. The role also supports branch marketing efforts and customer service excellence.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of banking experience, hands-on vault and cash handling knowledge, and a strong commitment to audit-ready controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in banking or financial institution.
• Experience in vault and cash management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day activities. Handles cash delivery transactions to/from CSD Associates, depository banks and ATM handling. Acts as the primary custodian of HKD and other currency cash in vault. Assist in overseeing operations in CSD. Checks and approves transactions related to Customer Service Department.
• Ensures adherence to regulations of Hong Kong Monetary Authority, Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, Anti-Money Laundering Council and other pertinent government agencies. Ensures that the Bank policies, procedures and controls related to Customer Service Department transactions are strictly followed by branch personnel to attain acceptable audit rating.
• Performs other duties assigned from time to time.
