Job summary

Recruit Express (Hong Kong) Ltd on Hong Kong Island is hiring a Branch Business Manager/Assistant Branch Manager to oversee day-to-day branch sales and operations for finance and subsidiary units. You will lead branch staff, drive growth, and ensure targets are met while maintaining compliance.

The role requires at least 5 years in finance or retail banking focusing on consumer lending, with 2+ years in a supervisory capacity. English and Chinese fluency is essential; degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Form 5 / HKDSE / Matriculated or above (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of finance or retail banking experience with a focus on consumer lending / personal loan products.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or branch leadership capacity with a proven track record of consistently meeting sales targets.
• Candidates directly from major finance/money-lending subsidiaries moving into a bank subsidiary manager role are welcome.
• Strong persuasive, analytical, and interpersonal skills with a strong command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
