Job summary

Maestro Human Resource Pte Ltd in Hong Kong seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead technology projects, presales, and client engagements. You will translate business needs into practical, multi-stakeholder solutions and ensure timely delivery.

You will manage project scope, timelines, risks, and budgets while maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams. Strong presentation and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT project management with a track record of delivering projects.
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms and AgilePoint solutions using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
• Design and implement integrations with external systems such as REST APIs, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Kafka.
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools such as Cursor AI, ChatGPT, or similar in development or project work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and identify opportunities for workflow automation.
• Lead discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and solution demonstrations.
• Design high-level workflow solutions and integration approaches.
• Prepare technical proposals, SOWs, and implementation plans.
• Plan and manage projects from initiation to deployment and handover, including scope, budgets, and risks.
• Oversee testing, UAT, deployment, go-live, and regular status updates.
• Act as main point of contact for customers and manage expectations.
• Coordinate support and continuous improvement, including knowledge transfer and documentation.
