Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in Hong Kong is seeking a Boutique Assistant to join our boutique team. You will support Sales Associates in delivering an exceptional client experience and help with daily boutique activities, product preparation and payment procedures.

You will greet visitors, contribute to sales presentations and maintain a positive team environment. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service and familiarity with the luxury retail environment; Cantonese and Mandarin are highly valued,

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in luxury retail would be an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for delivering an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors, managing waiting times and boutique experience.
• Assist sales associates during client presentations and daily boutique activities.
• Prepare workspace and assist with product preparation and payment procedures.
• Provide outstanding customer service including services allowed in boutique (engraving, polishing).
• Contribute to a positive team spirit and daily boutique life.

Supporting our Sales Associates in boutique, you will be an Ambassador of Van Cleef & Arpels identity and expertise by delivering an exceptional client experience.

As part of the Boutique team your role will be to:

• Greet and welcome all our visitors – easing waiting time and enhancing boutique experience;
• Contribute to the business – assisting sales associates during client presentations;
• Support daily boutique activities – preparing workspace, supporting on product preparation and payment procedures;
• Offer an outstanding Customer Service – performing CS activities allowed in boutique (engraving, shining…);
• Contribute to a positive team spirit – actively participating in the day-to-day boutique life
