Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in Hong Kong is seeking a data-driven Retail Reporting Specialist. You will own KPI tracking, generate daily/weekly/monthly sales reports, and automate reporting processes for management and boutique teams.

You will present business results and insights, train boutique staff on KPI data, and collaborate with HQ and regional teams to improve forecast accuracy using Excel, Python, Power BI and SAC.

Qualifications

• Experience using Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to gather and interpret qualitative and quantitative data.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.
• Proficiency in English; Cantonese/Chinese advantageous.

Responsibilities

Are you a good match?

You have solid experience in Excel Analysis, with Python, Power BI and SAC would be an advantage.

You are a problem-solver, with strong attention to detail, service and result oriented.

You gather information to understand the context, issues and opportunities.

You leverage qualitative and quantitative data (financial, operations, sales, etc.) to ensure forecast accuracy.

You are proficient in English, Cantonese and Chinese.

What are we expecting from you?

Reporting to Retail Performance Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Ensure KPIs are correctly tracked at market level and boutique level. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and automate these reports for management team and boutique teams.
• Lead Retail and Travel Retail reporting automation projects with HQ and regional performance teams.
• Analyze boutique FTE performance, provide benchmark and insights, and highlight results to boutique managers and management team.
• Prepare presentation decks for monthly Executive Meeting and various office meetings.
• Present business result, analysis and insights to the team where applicable.
• Be the expert and reference in reporting for boutique team and office team, train the boutique staff on KPI and data.
