BIM MANAGER / BIM COORDINATOR

Degree holder in Architecture Studies or related disciplines

Minimum 4 years’ experience in Architectural or multi-disciplined design projects with at least 2 years’ experience in Project and Corporate BIM management or CIC certified BIM working experience

CIC-Certified BIM Manager (CCBM) or Equivalent

In-depth knowledge of Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, InDesign, Rhinoceros, Navisworks, Dynamo, and other BIM Tools

Good knowledge in technical and project management of BIM and construction projects

Good interpersonal, leadership and team management skills with proactive and positive attitude

Capable of GBP submission and working drawings;

Command in English and Chinese, both spoken and written.
