Job summary

VIRCON Limited, a leading BIM consultancy in Hong Kong, is seeking a BIM Project Coordinator to join our local team. You will participate in BIM consultancy services on construction projects, perform BIM modeling, and report to the BIM Project Manager.

The ideal candidate holds a high diploma or above in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Services, or related disciplines, with BIM software experience in Revit and Navisworks. More experienced candidates may be considered for a senior role.

Qualifications

• High Diploma or above in Architecture / Civil Engineering / Building Services Engineering / Construction or related disciplines.
• Experience in BIM related work will be greatly advantageous.
• Software knowledge in BIM modeling (Autodesk Revit and Navisworks).

Responsibilities

• Participate in BIM consultancy services in local construction projects.
• Perform BIM modeling, resolve technical problems and report to the BIM Project Manager.
