Job summary

CR Construction Company in Hong Kong is seeking a Project Operations professional with hands-on BIM modelling and coordination experience. The role focuses on supporting project teams, coordinating design development, and ensuring project data integrity.

You will modify and advise on variations, track changes, and produce 2D drawings such as CSD/CBWD. Knowledge of Dynamo, Fuzor, Synchro, and Lumion is preferred to enhance project workflow.

Qualifications

• BIM modelling and project coordination experience required.
• Experience coordinating with design/construction teams is essential.
• Familiarity with BIM-related software is preferred.

Job Requirement:

• A Hong Kong Higher Diploma or Associate Degress in Architectural or Building or related disciplines or equivalent;
• At least 2 years related construction project experience and minimum of 1 year practical experience in BIM projects;
• Knowledge of other software such as Fuzor, Dynamo, Synchro, Lumion 3D, Photoshop, After effect etc is preferred.
