Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong seeks a senior architect/designer to lead full-cycle development of flagship residential and landmark projects. You will manage design, coordination, and documentation from concept to construction, ensuring quality and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in building construction or private residential projects, strong AutoCAD, Rhino, BIM skills, and familiarity with A&A and fitting-out drawings. Immediate availability preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of clerical experience in the construction industry is required.
• 6+ years’ experience in building construction or private residential projects.
• 3 years of relevant architectural design or design management experience.
• Experience in hospital / building project and temporary works design is beneficial.
• Lead full-cycle development of flagship residential & landmark projects.

• Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies or Architectural Studies
• Good skill and experience in AutoCAD
• Skills in Photoshop, 3D and PowerPoint applications are preferred
• 3 years of relevant architectural design or design management experience
• Strong in Graphic, Drawing for A&A \ Fitting-out projects
• Strong in Rhino, BIM and AI in drawings
• Project Management Role Experience & BD Submission
• Degree in Building Engineering, Construction Management or relevant discipline.
• 6+ years’ experience in building construction or private residential projects.
• Immediate availability or short notice is highly preferred.
• Fresh graduates or alumni with less than 2 years post-graduation experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Building / Civil Engineering
• Higher Diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
• 3+ years of clerical experience in the construction industry is required.
• Proficient in Word and Excel, and Chinese Word Processing
