Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in Food & Beverage / Hospitality industry.
• Able to work early morning shifts (06:30–15:30).
• Proficient in spoken and written English, Chinese, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of the restaurant in breakfast buffet, ensuring high-quality service.
• Support the Room Service operation process from order taking to delivery to ensure it meets hotel standards.
• Proactively gather guest feedback and work with the team to implement improvements.
• Maintain close communication with the kitchen team and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
