Job summary

Adecco Group in Hong Kong is seeking an energetic Bid Writer to join the team. You will monitor tender portals, coordinate submissions, draft proposals and support business development, collaborating with Recruitment and Business teams to gather information and keep records.

You should be detail-oriented, fluent in English and Cantonese, with 1–3 years in tender coordination or bid writing. A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, HR, or related field is preferred.

• 1–3 years of tender coordination, bid writing, sales support or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Monitor tender portals and identify new business opportunities.
• - Coordinate tender submissions, ensuring compliance with client requirements and deadlines.
• - Prepare and draft proposals, quotations, presentations, and supporting documents.
• - Work closely with Recruitment and Business teams to gather information for bid submissions.
• - Maintain tender records, proposal templates, and client documents.
• - Support follow-up activities with clients on submitted tenders and proposals.
• - Assist in business development initiatives and sales activities.
• - Build positive relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.

Your daily routine at Adecco

• Monitor tender portals and identify new business opportunities.

• Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Communications, HR, or related disciplines.
• 1-3 years of experience in tender coordination, bid writing, sales support, administration, or business development.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
