Job summary

A regional IT & Telecom solutions provider is seeking a professional for presale technical support. The role involves managing proposals, coordinating bidding processes, and providing project implementation support. Candidates should hold a relevant degree and have at least 3 years of experience in the ICT industry, ideally with government tendering experience. Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) are essential. This position is based in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in relevant engineering disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in ICT industry, especially in government tendering.
• Experience in bid management is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing, passionate, and proactive personality.
• Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for presale technical support including proposal and RFQ response.
• Coordinate with parties to close deals on new and existing bids.
• Monitor the overall bid process from opportunity exploration to award.
• Provide consultation and support for project implementation.
• Prepare presentations, technical proposals, and tender documentation.

• Responsible for presale technical support including proposal, RFQ response, cost calculation, product management for government / commercial bidding
• Coordinate with external and internal parties to closing deals with new & existing bidding
• To monitor overall bid process from explore opportunity, RFQ response, tender submission to tender award
• Provide presale consultation and support to project implementation
• Prepare presentation, technical proposal and tender documentation

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Telecommunications/ Electronic Engineering/ Computer Engineering/ Information Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in ICT industry, experience in government tendering is an advantage
• Experience in bid management is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
