Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in construction
• Exposure to tendering, pre-contracts, estimating, project engineering, or commercial functions
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end tendering and bid management to ensure on-time submissions
• Review tender documents, specifications, drawings, and contractual requirements to develop competitive strategies
• Coordinate with estimating, engineering, commercial, operations and business development teams
• Prepare bid schedules, responsibility matrices, technical submissions, presentations and other proposals
• Monitor tender opportunities and evaluate project risks, commercial viability
• Participate in cost estimation, value engineering, procurement planning, and subcontractor engagement
• Coordinate post-tender activities including clarifications, negotiations, and contract award processes
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, governance, quality standards and HSE practices
