What you will do:

• Create a memorable dining experience by assisting with the smooth and efficient daily operation of the bar and restaurant
• Achieve service excellence and maximize guest satisfaction by providing professional recommendations on selection of food and beverage items and serving high quality drinks
• Able to prepare ingredients and mix drinks professionally
• Constantly strive to satisfy guests’ needs and delight the guests

What you should have:

• Thorough knowledge of the wines, spirits, mocktails and cocktails
• Innovative ideas to create drinks up to the current market trend
• Good communication skills
• A great team player who is customer-oriented, attentive and hospitable
• Passionate in wine & beverage
