Lanson Place Causeway Bay is seeking a Reservation Officer (Call Centre) to drive guest satisfaction and growth. The role involves handling reservation requests, recording special requirements, and sharing information on dining, promotions and events.

You will conduct daily audits, build authentic guest connections, and support the Sales team by identifying potential corporate or agency leads. A hospitality background and strong language skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Hospitality Management or related discipline.
• 1–2 years of hotel experience preferred.
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin; additional languages an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Handle, confirm, and process all room and restaurant reservation requests per policies; follow up on cancellations.
• Gather detailed information for each reservation and record special requirements (extra beds, baby cots, room near lifts).
• Provide guests with information on restaurants, promotions and events via phone and email to enhance their experience.
• Conduct daily arrival audits to ensure accurate bookings and seamless guest experience.
• Identify potential business from new corporations or agents and refer to Sales.

What will you do?

• Handle, confirm, and process all room and restaurant reservation requests in accordance with established policies and procedures, including following up on cancellations when necessary
• Gather detailed information for each reservation and accurately record all requests, including special requirements such as extra beds, baby cots and rooms near guest lifts
• Provide guests with relevant information about restaurants, promotions and special events via telephone and email to enhance their experience
• Conduct daily arrival audits to ensure accurate bookings and a seamless guest experience
• Identify new corporate or new agents in contact with the hotel and pass to the Sales team as these represent potential business for the future
• Answer all incoming calls politely and professionally, provide accurate information and consistently demonstrate excellent telephone etiquette

What do we seek in you?

• A diploma or higher qualification in Hospitality Management or a related discipline
• A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in hotel environment
• Familiarity with hotel management systems with hands-on experience in customer service and restaurant operations is an advantage
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
• A pleasant, customer-oriented personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A professional appearance and the ability to build positive relationships with an international clientele
