Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, institutional sales, or strategic partnerships within financial services
• Strong network across financial institutions, intermediaries, and corporate clients in Hong Kong
• Knowledge of virtual assets or exposure to cryptocurrency industry is a must

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies across institutional, corporate and retail segments
• Develop and execute business development strategies for retail VA products, digital trading services, and drive client acquisition
• Identify new market opportunities across wealth management, brokerage, virtual assets, and financial products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including banks, brokers, fintech platforms, and corporate clients
• Lead commercial negotiations, partnership structures, and revenue‑driven initiatives
• Collaborate with Compliance, Product, and Operations teams to launch new services and enhance client experience
• Provide leadership to the BD team and ensure alignment with corporate objectives
