Job summary

Lounge Hakuba in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced bartender to help refresh our space and service standards. You will lead bar operations, design cocktails, and train staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in managing bars or similar hospitality venues.
• High standard customer service skills to cultivate loyalty with staff and customers.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and promote a teamwork atmosphere.
• Train, assist and guide junior staff with passion, patience and dedication.
• Proactive with full command and responsibility of the overall bar operation.
• Cheerful and positive team player, open minded with positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Conduct R&D for cocktail recipes.

Having proudly served our community for 7 years, we are undergoing a revamp to refresh our space, offerings, and standards. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Bartender. Your contribution will be key in shaping Lounge Hakuba's refreshed identity and ensuring it continues to be a favourite destination for our guests.
