Job summary

Elite Concepts (Hong Kong) Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Bartender/Bartender to join our hospitality team. You will assist daily bar setup, prepare cocktails, and interact with customers to deliver high-quality service.

The role requires 1-2 years in F&B, relevant beverage certificates preferred, and fluency in Cantonese, Putonghua and English. Immediate availability is a plus; competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years relevant working experience in F&B or hospitality industry
• Relevant training certificates in beverage, cocktail, wine, spirits, beer is preferred
• Positive attitude with excellent communication and guest service skills
• Good command of spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and English
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Bartender
• Immediate availability is preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist daily bar set-up and operations
• Prepare high standard cocktails, alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages
• Maintain the cleanliness and order of all equipment and utensils at bar area
• Interact with customers, take orders and serving snacks and drinks
• Assess bar customer’s needs and preferences and making recommendations
• Train junior staff to strengthen skills and knowledge for service excellence
