Iron Fairies (Hong Kong) Limited in Central, Hong Kong, is seeking experienced bartenders who are outgoing, guest-focused, and ready to join a dynamic team. The role involves 4pm–3am shifts across multiple prime locations including Central, Causeway Bay, and Tsim Sha Tsui.

Responsibilities include maintaining bar inventory, preparing molecular cocktails, and developing new recipes, with a strong emphasis on cleanliness and guest experience.

Qualifications

Experienced, outgoing, friendly and guest-focused candidates at all levels.
Senior-level position may be considered for more experienced candidates.
Location and shifts are specified for this role.
