Job summary

Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong is seeking a Bartender / Mixologist for Lobster Bar & Grill to deliver exceptional dining experiences with timely, courteous service. The role focuses on bar operations and guest engagement in a premium hotel setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

About You

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in Hotels / Clubhouses / Premium Bars.
• Understanding of various kinds of spirits and wine.
• Customer-oriented and self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skill.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin would be an advantage.
