Job summary

Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong is seeking a Bartender / Mixologist for Lobster Bar & Grill to deliver exceptional dining experiences with timely, courteous service. The role focuses on bar operations and guest engagement in a premium hotel setting.

Key requirements include at least 1 year of relevant experience in hotels or premium bars, strong knowledge of spirits and wine, and excellent communication in English. Cantonese or Mandarin are a plus for interactions with guests.

• Knowledge of spirits and wine.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality service to guests and ensure satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the bar section before and after service.
• Gather guest feedback for continuous improvement of service.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
