Medora in Hong Kong is seeking energetic staff to join the dining team as Bartender, Barista, and Takeaway Counter Staff. This multi-task role covers cocktails, coffee, and takeaway service to ensure a superb guest experience.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience with cocktails and latte art in F&B, strong communication, and a friendly, team-oriented attitude for a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience making cocktails and latte art within F&B service.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to good customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dining environment.
• Positive attitude and team spirit.

Responsabilités

• Bartender: Prepare and serve cocktails.
• Barista: Craft coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
• Server: Assist to do floor services.
• Takeaway Counter: Handle customer orders efficiently and packages; provide friendly service for takeaway guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all workstations.

We are seeking enthusiastic and versatile individuals to join our restaurant team as Bartender, Barista, and Takeaway Counter Staff. This is a multi‑task role where you will contribute across different service areas to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Bartender: Prepare and serve cocktails with consistency and creativity.
• Barista: Craft coffee, tea, and specialty drinks with latte art.
• Server: Assist to do floor services.
• Takeaway Counter: Handle customer orders efficiently, ensure accurate packaging, and provide friendly service for takeaway guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all workstations.
• Provide good customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in cocktails and latte art making within F&B service is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to good customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced dining environment.
• Positive attitude and team spirit.
