Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Bar operation or hotel Food & Beverage.
• Passionate about delivering an exceptional F&B service.
• Pleasant, presentable, service -oriented and good supervision skills.
• A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations, quality service standard and maintenance work of the bar.
• Meet and greet guests in a professional and efficient manner.
• Keep the storeroom clean and organized at all times.
• Ensure all equipment and spirits are stored in their designed place.
• Assist with the monthly training and provide on-the-job training as needed.
• Ensure that all beverage costs are in line and under control.
• Perform any other reasonable duties as required by your department head from time to time.
