Job summary

La Petite Maison Hong Kong is seeking an enthusiastic Bar Supervisor to lead the bar team and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast‑paced, vibrant setting. You will supervise shifts, maintain bar operations, and ensure beverage quality and service standards across all outlets.

We value professional hospitality experience, strong beverage knowledge, and the ability to communicate in English, with Cantonese/Mandarin a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; vocational training in beverage, cocktail, wine, spirits, beer; at least 3 years relevant experience in the hospitality industry outside Hong Kong.
• Excellent beverage knowledge and related qualifications are advantageous.
• Strong experience in French cuisine is an advantage.
• Good command in English; Cantonese and Mandarin are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise bar team and assist restaurant duties as assigned by Bar Manager and GM
• Recognize guests’ requests and deliver excellent bar service via effective communication with guests and service team
• Maintain smooth operations and efficient productivity of the designated bar
• Managing a busy bar including ordering stock, monitoring stock levels and rostering
• Assists with bar menu planning, maintains sanitation standards, assists servers and hosts on the floor during peak meal periods and supervises Restaurant/Bar
• Follow all safety, hygiene, sanitation, breakage control, preventive maintenance, grooming, service and other standards.
• Ensure all bar staffs appearance and personal hygiene consistent to company standards.
• Maintain exceptional knowledge of the beverage list and a highly competent understanding of the food/ restaurant menu.
