Job summary

Champagne & Cocktail Bar in Central, Hong Kong is seeking a Bar Manager to oversee daily bar operations and deliver excellent customer service during evening hours.

The role requires at least 3 years bartender/bar operations experience and fluent English; long hours from 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM with six days off per month. Salary HKD 24,000–26,000 per month. On-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Bartender or in bar operations.
• Fluent English is required.
• Able to work independently at the bar and deliver excellent customer service.
• Open to applicants of any nationality.

Job Title: Bar manager

Company: Champagne & Cocktail Bar

Location: Central, Hong Kong Working Hours: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM (approximately 10 hours per day, overtime may be required)

Days Off: 6 days per month
